I see what you're misunderstanding, you think courtroom provable fraud it's the only basis upon which you should stop spending money that isn't producing results. Apparently you and I want a different type of government.
Also you present a logical fallacy. On the one hand you say these are illegal actions on Trump's part by trying to stop this wild spending.
And then you go on to blame him for not doing anything about it last time he was president.
It can't be both things.
Either he has the power to fix it or he doesn't.
