The new shares are restricted. Had it been convert debt, it would not be restructured thus way. If they were waiting on a deal/merger/acquisitions the new share would be in treasury A/S. Ben has not diluted any here in the past 10 years plus to my knowledge. Float is the same. Unless I am missing something, those shares were issued and someone accepted them. He offered another party 1/2 that amount on deal that drove this (XMDC) to a dime years back. This is interesting.
