While I don't believe that claiming a delay in the completion of the
MHRA inspections that consequently delayed MHRA's decision
by a month or two should be construed as bashing, I am wondering
how authentic is the information of that delay since that knowledge
most probably involves either inside information or outstanding detective
work.

I very much would like more information concerning the evidence.
