IMHO, we are beyond treatment validation for approval. I suspect "cooperation" refers to ongoing treatment cost discussions, and NICE leading the way, which may have already concluded or soon to be. The agency reviewing DCVAX is the same agency responsible for granting compassionate use, putting the agency in a unique position to access all that data. DCVAX as a treatment, and it's mechanism of action has been around and understood for so long, relatively, that it doesn't stand-up to credulity, to believe there's some mystery remaining to sort through. IMHO.
