Like I told you before, this is a boilerplate statement no different from a recorded message from AT&T saying "we value your call". Or an automated email response after submitting a resume to a job bot that says "Thank you for applying, we want you to know that we are excited to review your resume and recognize the impact you could potentially bring to our organization!"

The MHRA is not going to respond to a request for info on an application and tell someone "We don't really recognize the potential this medicine has, so we really just aren't working hard on it".
