Trump got Canada to join him in declaring th cartels a terrorist group. They also agreed to form a joint task force against organized crime and name czar to combat fentanyl. Mexico agreed to stop and retain people on their side of the border. These items hadn't been previously agreed. Also the threat of the tariffs are still in place which gives him the ability to get even more out of the deal as time passes. Also it puts him firmly in charge of both countries.
As for Elon, do you honestly think it's "dangerous" to root out government fraud, abuse and waste?
