On January 10th, 2024, Sarissa announced the Share Repurchase agreement had been approved. The stock had been lingering between $0.66 and $0.86 for the previous 3 months, but shot up to $1.29 the day after it was announced.
I am hoping that Sarissa will employ the same strategy (announcing commencement of share re-purchase) at the ER CC, which will launch the SP back above $1.
If this doesn't occur (and they don't announce anything else), I am at a loss for what is about to happen.
