I don't claim there are naked short positions, just hoping.

Any clever business person who might have a $5 million, $10 million, $50 million or higher bill due would never pay their bill 10 days early unless they thought they could get their bill lower. Or, they could use that cash for an extra 10 days just to make some more money with, even if it was just to earn some interest.

That was a silly question.
