It stands to reason that if all those "criminals" exist (like you suggest)?

There would be little point to wait until this new "rule" takes effect on the14th - IF this new rule is going to force these "criminals" to cover their "naked short" position.

So now tell us all why we aren't seeing the stock price take off. All these billions of shorts should be covering, if this new rule will destroy the "naked shorters".

I'll TELL you why. Because it is MORE than obvious that this "naked short" position is imaginary.
