Hi Bigworld, Tuscon sounds great. You haven't missed too much on the investment front, other than a big burst of anxiety over the tariffs. Most of that has been clarified, so it could be the 'coast is clear', at least for now.

The metals are looking promising. Gold broke through the previous Oct high, and looks like a move to 3000 could be in the cards for this year. Silver may be setting up for a return to the 35 area from last Oct.

Btw, after briefly being out of stocks, I piled back in yesterday and this morning, and now am back up to 16% (S+P 500). But the plan is to take profits as they build up, a strategy that has worked well in recent years.
