Food for thought....and board discussion. And maybe this pertains to the current discussion somewhat. I emailed TC almost 2 years ago when Huawei announced the global roll out of the Watch Ultimate. I asked if it was going to be sold in Europe, would we be a part of it? Here was his response:

"On our 10K disclosures related to Eontec, Liquidmetal has territorial rights in North America and Europe while Eontec has Asia. Huawei is obviously in China and not in our territory which is why Liquidmetal is not involved. And yes, Apple has exclusive rights in consumer electronics (CE). So Liquidmetal is precluded from pursuing Huawei because of 2 reasons (territory and CE exclusivity).

Eontec can decide on their own what markets/customers to pursue within Asia. Whether Apple’s exclusivity in CE applies to Eontec (through the parallel license agreement between Liquidmetal and Eontec) is up to Apple to consider. Same case with Swatch’s exclusivity in watches. Hope this clarifies"

As with all things LQMT, there are more questions than answers....I am curious what you all think.

I stopped emailing TC some time ago. He was never going to give a direct answer to my questions. The above was the most substantial piece of info I took from our emails.
