apparently ATL forgot LP sold the facility to Huawei.
apparently part 2, if one leases inventory and other assets to a company not only will the lease company become the owner of the business the lease company leases to but also the owner of the property that business is facilitated in.

I will tell you one thing. Im starting a leasing company because boy that is one hell of a way to grab businesses one lease to and also the properties the business is facilitated in.... boy ooh boy Im going to be so rich. I hope NVIDIA will lease my cafeteria inventory hahaha
