Bull, it's not that it's "doom and gloom". It's the not knowing what the hell Sarissa is up to. Nobody on the board has said a thing in months (maybe since last year's conference call?) Their "public" statements basically are "business as usual". But things are FAR from "business as usual". In less than three months, a firm decision has to be made about how to get out of this predicament, and they are waiting until the 11th hour to do or say anything (at least as far as we know).

And that's the whole point - they don't share anything. They just leave us in the dark to speculate. How many other companies do you know that lack so much transparency? It still nags at me that the new CEO and CFO left around the same time. Obviously, THEY know what's going on.

It's just becoming tiring having to "hope and pray" that Denner does something.
