I don't think thats even plausible because as the lawsuit continues it will be focused on a narrower scope and the specific transaction of the 40 million rather than systemic damage over the long term. So now that the longer Long-Term Price Suppression is NOT Recognized it will be complicated for NWBO to maintain that they have suffered substantial secondary damages such as not being able to initiate other medical trials, not being able to submit a request for approval sooner and all that bullocks fanatics claim.

The damages will now be focussed on the 40 million shares and since that is a regular 4-month NWBO dilution I think its more like $1.5 or so per share in damages (including punitive damages) or so. But that's just a guess.
