It has been my long position the share BB should commence, actually since it was approved. I also believe in protecting cash, so my recommendation has been $5M (vs $50M) in Q1 2025 to see how the pps responds. $5M is a small commitment and the last thing any shareholder wants is a RS. If there is a RS I would question the sanity of Sarissa, BOD, and Exec team. It is said, and I believe it there is a very large private investor base which stubbornly refuses to sell, and like me have added shares. I'd find it hard not to believe Sarissa can't solicit a few HF friends to join the party.
