This is a decaying corpse of a stock. Again, rebalancing of the Russell 3000 happens in June. You'd have to assume - based on the poor price and volume activity - LWLG will be out. Then, as every passive index funds dumps their LWLG shares, the price will crash below a $1. Then it's either a reverse split or back to the pinks. Yves has got four months tops to make something happen.
