This is a great patent grant that will help shore up the hole there is in IP protection of A2-73 - yes there is a hole and you can read about it in the 10K reports and find Froll's posts on same.

However, that patent will require new trials with the new composition of matter before the patent has any practical utility. Not a bad thing either, especially as Anavex believes this new form of A2-73 has advantages over the current formulation.
