I think TVO gave end of February as a grace period for some time. Unlike many, he’s willing to say if it goes beyond that, his concern level would increase. Right now, he’s still expecting January (with February as the final grace period). IMO.

I pretty much echo his sentiment, based upon his and lykiri’s separate reviews of the MHRA minutes.
