Hey guys. Monthly checkup - I am gonna look at the LBIE v AGFP New York Court of Appeals (highest court in the state) process too see if anything happened? Anyone got any info on that since last month? Looked like the two Amicus Briefs by Deutsche and the NY professor specializing in the ISDA contracts and NYS court cases since the 70's in favor of LBIE's appeal were a step toward resolution of this 14 year ongoing court saga.
