Co-primay is an adjective and is neither singular or plural. In this case co-primary describes endpoints. A "co-primary" endpoint and a "key secondary" endpoint are plural when described together. While not improper, it would have been more clear to state: Both a co-primary endpoint and key secondary endpoint. By the trial design, it was still successful, either way.
