So the halt is more problematic than originally thought because TWOH has been halted on the US for more than 10 days.

It points to this having more serious regulatory issues because the halt has been more than 10 days.

The original "pending news" no longer applies and the "regulatory" part seems to be the reason now which could be bad news for TWOH.
