I was thinking…assuming the MHRA decision comes after the the MTD is rejected, I doubt there will be a significant short attack on the SP upon approval. The MMs must recognize the risk of what those optics would look like in a court of law. Then again, if the MMs are anticipating having to settle eventually anyway, who knows, maybe they figure it’s in their interest to continue shorting. But if the judge decides against the MTD prior to the MHRA approval, then I think it’s likely that the MMs will let it run.
