Originally, the endpoints were met. Possibly the ITT criteria push the ADL under the threshold. But it doesn't matter. ADL is not something I cared about with my dad and grandmother - dementia was the whole ballgame. The FDA guidelines show the same prioritization. The only risk I see with FDA is the size of the trial.
