Wise to stay on the sidelines. It's not clear what Trump could do if anything to save TikTok other than this short delay to see if any US interest in at least 50%. I would buy more ILLR if management commented on the TikTok competition.
The legal wording in the Executive Order reduces to maybe or maybe not. Below was included by Trump's legal counsel:
"Trump's Executive Order says it's "not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States."
