Bas2020 lighten up. Let’s see what the courts do. Not Flipper. LP has the perfect background to go after the Market Makers. I believe the judge has run out of runway and has tried to force a settlement and it’s not working. Pretty soon he will deny the MTD (IMO) and the Market Makers will stop screwing with the SP as part of the settlement. The only question is what will come first? MTD or Approval? Hopefully the judge gets moving, we need some good news!
