Even the company has done things and/or can do things to counter attacks, like litigate, publish PRs or SEC filings stating progress, publish PRs or SEC filings stating timelines, apply for and maintain patents and exclusive use, conduct day to day business such as financings, continue moving the MAAs forward, negotiate/collaborate/partner/license with other biotechs, etc. NWBO is not perfect, but there is a hell of a lot they can do, and in many cases have done when targeted, and there is more they could do upon any future approval, like add measurable color and fill in blanks regarding any upcoming launch, reimbursement prospects, agreed upon and nearly agreed upon licensing parties/ prices/terms, other financial planning, latest partnership prospects and/or agreements, etc.
