— Does not make any sense. If either of those milestones were important they would have submitted NICE reimbursement many months ago or submitted to FDA and focused on renewing contract with CRL last year. Why waste so much time if their survival rests on one of those milestones?

Another kicking of can and its almost game over. They will never deliver because they haven’t been able to convince anyone on the value of DCVAX-L and that ain't changing in the future either. It’s likely they will get sued in the second half of this year as well.
