The material event is not "good news" or "bad news," It is, "the deal is complete." That was the main thing I wanted to see. After that, they can discuss future events - which isn't a material event - it is forward looking statements. They aren't going to tell us what to expect until they announce the completion.

Yesterday as well as now, you are particularly negative in your posts....why? "Oh no, world will end for HMBL, no news yet... " "Must be bad news because they didn't report a material event at the earliest moment." It's as if you might actually have skin in the game... or maybe the move from .0003 to .0009 really chafed your ass and you now hope and pray it returns to those levels so you can say that you were more right than wrong. Just an observation.

I keep asking this same question, but you run from it daily... who is sitting on the bid with 174million shares? Don't they know that the bashers need the stock to drop? Who keeps buying up the shares on the ask? Surely not all retail - those 10mil share buys are pretty decent in size.
