Yves came in August, I'd say that the board elected 2 new members and Yves acted faster than anyone I'm aware of to step up and correct, dang he joined in August then went under that appointment and spoke directly to customers.  Whatever they said led him to take action and then executed a new plan. We are witnessing a very fast turnaround. Change is comming, execute or leave, shit or get off the pot, no excuse for non performance.

I'm thrilled by his actions, he acted to lead the out with wasn't working effort for which he signed on to and a direct execution of the fiduciary responsibilities that he assumed some 4 months before we saw his move, thatcdid not become apparent to us until december, pretty dang cool if you ask me, I can not wait to meet him in person in May.
