The OTCID (Over-the-Counter Information Disclosure) is a new market tier introduced by the OTC Markets Group, set to replace the Pink Current market tier starting July 1, 2025.

Transition from Pink Current: The Pink Current tier, which currently includes companies providing alternative reporting (e.g., quarterly and annual disclosures), will be rebranded as OTCID. Companies that fail to meet the new standards will be downgraded to the Pink Limited or Expert Market tiers.

So basically their isn't any difference between Pink Current and OTCID.

An Alternative Reporting Company must at all times publish audited annual financials dated within the prior 16 months in accordance with Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 for the OTCQB.

OTCID will be a Basic Reporting Market for companies that meet a minimal current information standard and provide management certification without the qualitative standards of our OTCQX and OTCQB markets.

So absolutely nothing is changing as the OTCM is just changing the name of Pink Current.
