The facility is NWBO's with all the licensing.

The MIA licensing is owned by Advent not owned by NWBO. I don not understand why you would deny this fact. Is it too much to ask to simply click this link https://cms.mhra.gov.uk/mhra/mia/uk-miaimp-54923 and read where is says "Name of authorisation holder"? I have no problem discussing NWBO just not when undeniable facts are denied. Dont you think denying that fact is a bit childish?

Sure they can because the CEO of NWBO is also the CEO of Advent. So if Advent were to be sold, as what happened with Cognate, then Linda Powers would no longer call the shots at Advent but she will have pocketed hundreds of millions USD for Advent.

As far as Flaskworks it is NWBO's and royalties are our ours no matter who uses it

I have never denied NWBO does not own Flaskworks. You see how that works I don't deny facts. Im very happy as an NWBO shareholder NWBO owns Flaskworks

But to be honest with you I do not see them using another CDMO.

I think they will if they want to expand DCVAX production and sales to other parts of the world.

So for me, the CRL argument falls short.

You should reread what I said. I said that had (so past tens) NWBO first focussed on medical trials for cancer, because that is what NWBO was founded for and not financing Toucan's CDMO Advent then we would have already been approved with MHRA and EMA and we would have already started Direct. For start up production purposes and approval they could and should have stayed with Charles River Labs as many other pre-approval biotechs do. The unnecessary financing and founding of Advent has cost shareholders hundreds of millions in dilution and 3 years of unnecessary waiting.
