RMB, the huge downside risk to that, is lack of liquidity in the short term, until it gets sold.

Not good for people that have to sell for RMD's and other liquidity events.

Delisting would likely cause more selling pressure, and an even lower shar price. But maybe that's what Denner wants. That way he can buy up a huge amount at virtually zero cost, without driving the price up.
