Great post! There are some good stocks you've mentioned and some worth looking further into.
FWIW, I've probably never listed every stock I own. Many that you list I've either owned in the past or still do. I am quite diverse. Of the ones you listed, I currently own (and in the same industry)

Some have given back their profits, some I've sold off the gains, and some I keep for the dividends.
The water companies have fallen off recently for some reason.
There was one you mentioned in your post that looks like time to add more, but I forget which stock, so I'll review them all.
I've never been a fan of investment real estate for a number of reasons. I think I've posted at times about the triple net real estate, which is the only one that makes sense to me. However, I've been saying, in these massive inflation years, buying tangible goods is just good sense.
