The only possible positive to take away from that call is the change in direction should/could exponentially increase our speed to a licensing deal. The way I’m looking at it now is, even if the licensee doesn’t end up using Perk, the PR release will prop up the SP. The more numerous the licensee’s, the higher the SP. We can see growth even before a successful PIC is completed. I don’t know what this shift means in our potential market cap or revenue stream compared to before, but it’s definitely an easier and more expeditious path.
I’ve chosen to not exit and will hold my shares. I still think there could be very exciting collaborations announced through licensing agreements. Certain T1 associations could send us up into the teens. Just my opinion though. Overall I feel misled and lied to, but we still have proven tech. It’s up to Yves to do something with it. We still have a shot here.
However, if these license agreements aren’t numerous and quick to be released, I will be looking for an exit to stop the bleeding.
As frustrated as I am with Lebby, the BOD knew what was going on also. No way was this a big surprise. I’m glad they made moves to rectify the situation, but it shouldn’t have been taking place to begin with. Time to settle up with us and deliver some agreements!
