LOL, believed what? That the financials are UGLY. I did not believe that? So you say they are NOT ugly? Because they really are and ask any accountant if you do not believe me. An asset to liability ratio of 1:115 is NOT UGLY? You do know that an asset is what you own and a liability is what you OWE. So it is not ugly that a company OWES 115 times what they OWE? Where are they going to get the $$$ to pay off those liabilities if they only have assets of 1/115 of the amounts of what they owe. That 'cash on hand' of $4686 is not going to satisfy paying off those over $16,000,000 in liabilities due, ya think? Of those $16,000,000 in liabilities due, there are over $12,000,000 in note/loans that have ALL come due but unpaid due to the lack of funds. THAT is not UGLY for investors to see? It is not UGLY that for over twenty years they have NET LOSSES that have resulted in over $39,000,000 of 'accumulated deficit. That is some hole they have dug themselves for ever to become a profitable company, no?Especially when they have NEVER had, not one, profitable year since inception.

And quote "you would have sold all your shares". LOL, I kept a few mil to trade, to pick up a few bucks as this trades back and forth here at the BOTTOM. So bring on that .0001, so I can make a few bucks with a double or triple again, when some 'longs' want to add to their 'massive' holdings for that "one big announcement"!!!
