Dude there is no issues on the US side, is a company domiciled in Delaware and is a fully reporting SEC company. It decided to duel list in 2022 but doesn’t need to. If you read FINRA they can lift the trading halt when told or 10 business days, my guess is the PR comes first.

Remember the new CEO owns 57% of the US commons.
