Scratching my head how someone can claim to own 130,000 shares and never contribute a thing here to governance issues including making a case for joining the true-up suit or any other??

I’m not sure where you get this idea, but it is a good sign when both sides are trying to call my status as a shareholder into question because I don’t fit their narrative.

I have previously spoken out about governance and have, in the past, reminded shareholders of this pertinent quote from Neil Woodford a former big investor in NWBO who, like Bigger is now, was a hero to many here until he fell out with management:

quote]We initially invested in Northwest because we believed in the technology. What we underestimated was how governance issues would undermine the fundamental technology story.”

I continue to view litigation by NWBO shareholders against NWBO management and NWBO management against 3rd parties as mostly being a distraction from the core issues. Both lawsuits might eventually benefit retailers in some way but it it will take too long to matter before things are decided.
