It wasn't halted because of the 8K, it was halted by CIRO/CSE as they needed to review the disclosures from the company. It was on the Canadian side that triggered it. It's been submitted, it's just the Canadian side dragging their feet. The CSE ticker averaged about 100K shares traded and was close to 19M yesterday when they halted it there.
