“likely”…..step one is for Patent for new formulation to issue in 2025…Denner will not develop new formulation alone…he will joint develop with big pharmaceutical partner (to conduct whatever trial is necessary)….announcement of joint development partnership with large upfront payment ($500 million), and resulting spike in stock price, will provide long suffering holders their chance to exit…..if no patent issue by delisting date, expect bid to take private at $1.30/share………that’s my forecast and i’m sticking with it…..Happy New Year
