No, but they developed the product and are acquiring patents on it. So it's not some pipe dream. 

Part of the desire to figure out what Amarin is doing, is because they aren't exactly lighting the world on fire with their current strategy, the stock price is at an all-time low, and management and the board acts as if things are business as usual.

So if their current "articulated" strategy is all they've got, and all they plan to do, then that helps inform investors about how they should approach their investment.
