No need to be condescending, I actually agree with most of what you're saying. There is one part that is fraud and it's the only reason it is trading right now. That part we have to agree to disagree. They scrambled to put together a fake(fraudulent) acquisition if I am not mistaken on the day it would have been delisted. When you pull off an illegal act, the stupidity/incompetent defense is not usually effective whether there is a victim or not.
