Well, the purpose of fraud to an intelligent person is to benefit or to gain.
For the simpleton, there is no benefit or gain, hence my point of incompetence/negligence and pure stupidity.

There are no victims here, hence no fraud IMHO...
No one forced anyone to buy/sell, that is a personal decision hence personal responsibility. Now if someone CHOSE to listen to Pinocchio 🤥 or Ted, well that is called a lesson learned 😂
