The good news is, we are going to know by about the middle of March what Denner's intentions are. He obviously can't wait until May to make some moves. So if he and the board and management are silent through March, and nothing is happening with the SP, I think we know that this is being delisted (by choice).
We should also (hopefully) get some clarity on next steps at the Q4/2024 year-end CC at the end of February. If they aren't willing to share their plan (to stay listed) at that point, then I don't know WTF to think.
So I guess we have a few more months of pain before reality sets in either way.
