A reverse split is a complete disaster and will destroy what little value is left. Its almost better for shareholders if he does take it private and they at least will get something. I mean if this drops to .20 cents is he really going to do a reverse split? With the possible loss or Italy now what is there to move this spain is really the only thing denner has accomplished? It appears to be a dying company right now and I think shareholders would approve a private sale in six months given the not so good outlook. No public company is going to want ot buy this with no approvals in italy, france, and germany.
