Hardly a surprise if Italy had been approved we would have heard by now. Just take this thing private and put it out of its misery at 3 a share. I really don't see how this company can move forward without Italy, Germany, and France. And who is going to want to buy this thing when your only real sales outside the of the usa are england and spain. Whatever Denner's original plan was it is not working at all. Somebody might be willing to make a low offer on dwindling usa revenue and small row revenue. Thats probably the only option left other than going private.
