I certainly agree with your below post. It is basically a startup company with one drug and the it all hinges on approvals is germany, france, italy , and china which could take years. I fully believe Denner intends to take this private now and that has probably been his plan for awhile. The actions of denner and the company without a doubt show shareholders are the least of their concerns and why I have been selling before the stock before it is worth nothing. Its been a bitter lesson but putting faith in a one drug company run by a hedge fund manager now looks like a really really bad mistake. Glad I have made up most of my losses already.

en the current business situation or lack thereof, Amarin has no reason to be a publicly traded company. I consider its current status as a start-up company with no debt and tons of cash and patents
