So you don't think that IF this is DCVax-L that was discussed and the inspection were ordered after this meeting, that it is a good sign in regard to possible approval?

I think it's not a bad sign, sure. The application wasn't DOA to the point that CHM recommended rejection and NWBO had to file an appeal (which I would imagine would absolutely require a PR). But I never thought this would be the case anyhow, so it doesn't really change 'likelihoods' for me. At least not to any significant extent.
