I'm curious why posters stating there will be a RS that they always reference a 1:10 split. That would bring the outstanding shares down to ~ 39M. A 1:3 or 1:4 split would bring them in compliance with outstanding shares at ~130 or ~96M outstanding. If they announce a split, sp may drop and then they announce the share BB which should improve the SP.
I am currently not in favor of RS.

Extended timeline from Nasdaq is May, so there are a few catalyst that would improve SP.
Italy, appears imminent with the hiring of personnel
France may be approved by then (and we know it's a slow slog to increase revenue but it's the approval that matters first
The cancer study results might be positive and posted per North40000 timeline
Initiate BB versus RS
Sarissa purchase additional shares

I'm still nauseously optimistic.
