Up to about 85% of all rGBM tumors are mesenchymal phenotype. This transition creates the opportunity for L to work even better at transition for certain patients although the best overall opportunity for effect begins with treatment at first diagnosis of GBM or, as we are finding out from other trials, perhaps even at the lower grade levels of brain tumor diagnosis.
