... he never ever buys OTC, too risky he says.
Yes boiling the ordeal of buying an OTC stock down to an average, it certainly IS too risky.
That is where "know what you hold" comes in.
First thing first is to recognize the extent of the research behind DCvax-L. UCLA's most prominent brain cancer project SPORE, has been revolving around using DCVax-L. UCLA's work goes more than 20 years back in time. Already in 2010 it was clear to UCLA, that combo, was the way to go. Thus the poly-iclc + DCvax-L trial that took 14 years. Thus Robert Prins and Linda Liaus research into resistance in immunotherapy, who's result have led to discoveries that continously bettered the process and ingredients used in the combo trials.
SPORE project, which have been having $2 mio in grants from NIH yearly since 2017.
First a 5 year grant of $11.4 million in 2017

https://newsroom.ucla.edu/releases/national-cancer-institute-designates-ucla-brain-cancer-program-a-site-of-research-excellence
And then again $12 in 2022

And we can see for ourselves - those of us who aren't deliberately insinuating blindness - that DCvax-L IS the center ingredient in UCLA's research in SPORE Project 1. And we saw in the Nature Journal that the dendritic cell vaccine used in the 14 year long poly-iclc combo trial, was "licenced by Northwest Biotherapeutics", thus ... DCVax-L.

Then a CDMO is build from 13 to 120 people.
Advent Bioservices being MIA certified by MHRA in 2023, A CDMO primarily doing the bidding of NWBO, regarding manufactoring DCVax-L and doing biosimilarity testing. Before we begin the swan song about Advent having other customers, then lets just rehash, WHO is responding HOW HIGH, when Linda Powers holds the leash around Advents head and say JUMP.

You know, Advent ... who went from 13 to now around 120 people in 4 years and now being the UKs highest certified CDMO in cell and gene therapy.
Advent, who have gotten a fairly large portion of NWBOs expenses paid in NWBO shares ... because ... that's what a CDMO would like, knowing the OTC company it supports is heading for bankruptcy?
And then developing Flaskworks Eden, which Advent have been doing biosimilarity testing on for the last couple of years at least.

"I have worked in the development of a cancer vaccine for a rare brain tumour and have been involved in projects to optimise our current procedures such as experimenting with current automated machines. The idea that I am helping reduce the pressure of working within a cleanroom is rewarding. The potential to optimise the clinical outcome of the drug is even better! "

People are buying because knowing about all the circumstances regarding the science and manipulation of the company and its share price, is key to knowing what the risk is.
Being an experienced stock investor, I would assume one does not "deal in averages", but in due diligence on a case by case matter.
NWBO and DCVax-L is indeed not comparable to OTC stocks, when one has an eye for, WHO are involved in the research and what the science results are.
The risk comes down to manipulation of 7 market makers, hedges, and a bunch of stock board paid shill pawns, who have been working tirelessly for a decade trying to suppress the share price and write manipulative lying stuff in order to fud retailers to believe this is a dead herring.
We stand just before UK approval of the first brain cancer treatment who has been succesful in 3 decades of bettering the condition for patients. And nothing points to anything but approval.
If I have had more money. If I COULD buy more here in Denmark. I definitely would have done so. People will look back on this moment and think ... why the f... did I not buy more?
